Jack leads BDO’s National Blockchain and Digital Assets group. As a recognized leader in the digital asset industry, Jack has advised crypto-native startups from formation through international expansion and has helped Fortune 500 organizations develop and launch blockchain and digital asset initiatives. His experience spans tokenized business models, digital asset taxation, entity structuring, cross-border operations, mergers and acquisitions, and emerging tax considerations.
