CHICAGO, December 10, 2025 - BDO, one of the leading global networks of independent public accounting firms, announced steady growth across practices and regions, surpassing US$11 billion (€10 billion) for the financial year ending September 30, 2025—a 4% USD (2% EUR) increase from 2024—while sustaining a 5-year CAGR of 8%. Including alliance firms, global revenue exceeds US $16 billion (€15 billion), an increase of 7% USD (5% EUR) on 2024 data and a 5-year CAGR of 9%. All service lines performed well, delivering consistently across key areas of impact.

Highlights: 

  • The EMEA region led the way with a 7% revenue increase, driven notably by a strong performance in France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. 
  • BDO is advancing global integration by merging BDO UK and BDO Ireland, strengthening go-to-market collaboration and expanding capabilities to better serve an increasingly international and complex client. 
  • Trond-Morten Lindberg, Chief Strategy and Operations Officer, will succeed Pat Kramer as Global CEO in November 2026, ushering in new leadership. 
  • BDO is investing US $1 billion in global digital and technology initiatives over several years to enhance global capabilities and solutions for clients. Through its partnership with Microsoft, BDO continues to expand its AI-driven tools, accelerating innovation and the efficiency of more than 40,000 audit and assurance professionals across its global network.
