Rising with Purpose: Creating Impact Beyond Business
The second annual BDO RISE CSR Report reflects our continued commitment to creating meaningful and lasting impact in the communities we serve. Aligned with BDO USA’s BDO Counts social impact strategy, the BDO RISE Cares program in FY 2025–26 marked another year of purposeful action, deeper community engagement, and expanded outreach.
BDO RISE collaborated with 14 NGOs across 6 locations in India, supporting initiatives that collectively impacted over 41,000 direct beneficiaries. From strengthening access to education and healthcare to enabling dignity, inclusion, sustainability, and livelihood opportunities, our efforts were driven by the belief that real progress is achieved when growth is shared.
The report also highlights the growing culture of volunteerism at RISE, with participation in initiatives like Thrive Day increasing from nearly 400 professionals in 2023 to more than 1,100 in 2025, reinforcing our collective commitment to giving back with purpose and empathy.
As we present our second CSR report, we remain committed to building a future where business success goes hand in hand with social responsibility and sustainable impact.
