Today, I am hoping to share with you a little bit about where our clients are with AI and how you get started because we often get that question about how do we just dive in. So we typically have two types of clients right now. Those who already have their data governance, privacy, and the security all set up. Those folks are running with a competitive edge with AI. They're transforming their business models. But then there's also the folks that are still building that foundation. They have some use cases right now, and they know that with the right foundation, they can use AI to move faster. They can streamline operations. Now for those just starting out, the key focus is using AI to save time in areas like finance, accounting, sales. It's all about automating tasks. And once that data is clean and well governed, then they move forward with trying to create a competitive edge. One of the biggest challenges in just getting started is around education. This is step one of our five steps to AI. Our benchmark studies, our surveys show that people are concerned about having the right talent to execute AI initiatives. And so we advise creating a strategic AI task force. Maybe this is a small team focused on identifying and understanding the AI trends and then figuring out how they apply to your business. Now that team's gonna be responsible for staying up to date with AI developments, monitoring those trends, and then identifying different use cases. They should be subscribed to newsletters, podcasts, and just really understanding what's happening in the world of AI. And then let's talk about security. If your team is still using public chat GPT, it is crucial to get in secure in house version setup. Microsoft's OpenAI Azure services can provide this. We have a product that we built on top of Microsoft OpenAI Azure services called IVOT. It's our intelligent virtual assistant that many of our clients will deploy for getting them a secure use of the ChatGPT system. So it's it's kind of like using ChatGPT, but within your four walls. Many of our clients are also turning on tools like Copilot. And Copilot's integrated very easily into Microsoft Office. It's super easy to deploy, and it can save your team a lot of time. I personally use it for transcribing, Teams meetings and to avoid starting with a blank page for emails or documents. I can't imagine having to take all the meeting notes like I used to. And this gives me a really quick way to not only summarize the meetings, but also to hold people accountable. Now remember, you have one shot at successful AI adoption. Change management is crucial. People are still very fearful of losing their jobs. So you need to ensure that you have a good strategy and plan that aligns with your core values.
