Carver has over 35 years of experience leading Tech and Services companies to exponential growth and profitability. He has spent the past two decades working closely with Venture Capital, PE and Founders as COO, leading several turn-arounds and global expansions that have resulted in successful exits for shareholders and employees.

As head of Advisory Operations, Carver is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the Advisory operating strategy and vision, leading the day-to-day operational functions within Advisory and driving a focus on aggressive Advisory growth targets and removing friction from our client acquisition and expansion strategies.
