Daniel is a Managing Director in BDO’s Forensics Insurance and Recovery practice. His focus is in advising clients on complex property and business interruption claims for insured businesses. A Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation and a Certified Fraud Examiner, he is also experienced in preparing and evaluating damages analyses as well as compiling and analyzing data in assisting clients with investigation matters. He has served clients in a variety of industries, including automotive, chemical, food and beverage, hospitality, manufacturing, and technology.
Daniel also assists organizations and their counsel in matters involving forensic reviews, internal control evaluations, loss determinations, fraud investigations, and compliance. He also has extensive litigation support experience in preparing damage estimates in assisting in the preparation of expert witnesses for trial.
Prior to joining BDO, Daniel worked at an international accounting firm in forensic accounting services where he advised clients on complex business interruption and property damage claims arising out of catastrophic events that have impacts on global operations.
