Courtney Brokaw

Courtney has a diverse background in recruiting and delivery for two national accounting firms and previously held financial positions in the industry. Originally on the technical side of accounting and finance, Courtney has found her true calling in the professional services industry by placing interim consultants and scoping project work around accounting and finance. 

During her tenure with BDO, Courtney has cultivated loyal relationships with interim resources in the fields of tax, internal audit, accounting, finance, and technology. She uses her accounting and finance industry knowledge and experience to find the correct solutions for issues at hand. 

In her current role, Courtney overseas the National Resource Solutions Group. She guides the staffing solutions and consulting services of all size companies for a variety of industries including: financial services, oil & gas, retail, real estate, private equity and manufacturing and distribution. She draws on more than 14 years of experience providing clients with IPO readiness, SEC reporting, GAAP/IFRS compliance, account reconciliations and financial processes.
