Caitlin Ross

For nearly 15 years, Caitlin has supported leaders and organizations to build high-performing teams, foster productive work cultures, and effectively deliver on their mission and goals. She brings deep experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and communications, and has partnered with organizations across a range of sectors including technology, higher education, healthcare and biotech, as well as municipalities and nonprofit organizations.​

Caitlin leads consulting engagements and teams across People Strategy & Solutions, specializing in change leadership and management, culture transformations, leader and internal communications, strategic planning, as well as the design and facilitation of executive offsites and large-scale employee meetings. Caitlin understands that success starts with aligning leaders and stakeholders and is an expert at mobilizing teams to unlock potential around a shared vision.​

Having spent several years working in startup culture environments and non-profit organizations, Caitlin is energized by projects that demand courage, collaboration, and a “learning while doing approach” and these experiences have taught her to be an excellent communicator and creative problem solver. Caitlin’s past work with Juniper Networks and Not For Sale was recognized by WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications) with a Signature Accolade Award for exemplary public service. ​

Caitlin originally hails from Scotland and now lives in Richmond, California with her husband and two sons.
