Caitlin Ross

For more than 15 years, Caitlin Ross has helped leaders and organizations build high-performing teams, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and drive meaningful change. As a Principal and Segment Leader for People Strategy & Solutions, she advises executives on leadership, workforce, and organizational priorities that support business objectives and growth.

Caitlin leads strategic initiatives focused on change management, culture transformation, leadership communications, strategic planning, and executive alignment. She works with leadership teams to build consensus and guide organizations through periods of growth, change, and complexity.

Drawing on this cross-disciplinary background and experience across technology, healthcare, higher education, and public-sector organizations, Caitlin brings a broad perspective to business and workforce challenges. She contributes to thought leadership across these areas, including the impact of emerging technologies on organizations.

Originally from Scotland, Caitlin now lives in Richmond, California, with her husband and two sons.
