  • BearingPoint, Inc.: Identified >$200MM EBITDA improvement (12.6% of net sales) via strategic restructuring for Bayer Pharmaceuticals.
  • Sigma-Tau: Increased profits 38.7%, sales 24.6%, and EBITDA by $40MM.
