Billy Hampton

Billy has more than 21 years of public accounting experience serving a wide range of industries, including technology, software, life sciences (CROs), and manufacturing. He has worked with both public and private companies at various stages of development, from pre-revenue startup entities to organizations with more than$5B in revenues. He has significant public company experience, including assisting in IPOs and coordinating Sarbanes-Oxley implementation and compliance projects.

As the South Atlantic Assurance market leader and relationship principal, Billy will assist the engagement team in helping ensure BDO is providing exceptional service and connecting clients with the right firm resources.

Prior to joining BDO, Billy spent his professional career at a Big Four firm within the Raleigh market.
