Ajay Verma

Ajay is an MBA, Finance with 15 years of experience primarily related to the Deal Advisory and Corporate Strategy in advisory services. He has extensive experience both in managing diligence projects and advising clients on transaction matters. Ajay experience also includes managing large teams in multi-national environment. In his current role, he is leading the Advisory Practice for BDO RISE. Prior to joining BDO RISE, Ajay has worked with a Big Four firm and Deutsche Bank in India and in the US with the M&A and corporate strategy teams.
