Anthony Reh

Anthony has more than 25 years of public accounting experience and serves as Market Managing Principal for the Mid-South and Florida regions. In this role, he is responsible for the quality, growth, and overall success of the assurance practices across these markets. He works closely with practice leaders and partners to deliver an exceptional client experience, develop and support high-performing teams, and drive sustainable growth, while maintaining a collaborative, high-touch approach to audit and attest services.

Throughout his career, Anthony has served public and privately held companies in the United States and internationally, including organizations with varying levels of private equity ownership and financing. His industry experience spans technology, life sciences, media, nonprofit, manufacturing, and distribution.

Anthony has extensive experience with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) requirements. He has assisted clients with initial public offerings, public debt offerings, and private placements, as well as complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and reorganizations. He also has significant experience helping clients navigate complex accounting and financial reporting matters.

In addition to his client service experience, Anthony has served as an inspector in the firm’s National Quality Control Group Internal Inspections Program.
