Joseph Canataro

Joe is the Mid-Atlantic Market Managing Principal in the firm's Assurance practice with more than 16 years of experience in public accounting, performing audits and other attest services for both privately-held and public companies.

Joe’s experience includes clients with domestic and international operations. Joe has travelled internationally to both Asia and Europe to service clients with subsidiaries abroad.  He has significant experience with accounting issues most relevant to those companies, including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity transactions.
Joe also has extensive experience working with private equity and venture backed companies as well as taking companies public through the IPO or reverse merger process.
 
Joe’s industry experience includes healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing and distribution, real estate, retail and consumer goods and technology, and life sciences.
