Prior to joining BDO, Donna founded Paul Consulting Group. Prior to that Ms. Paul was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield). Prior to that she was Vice President of Human Resources for CBRE and Trammell Crow Company where she served as a business partner with leaders by providing counsel on all HR-related matters to achieve the organizations’ goals. Ms. Paul also has extensive experience providing leadership and direction to HR staff members serving employee populations of up to 10,000. Ms. Paul has been instrumental in the design and development, implementation and monitoring of regional and national employment policies and programs as well as the development and delivery of leadership and employee enrichment courses.
