Matt is a principal in BDO’s Specialized Tax Services group and leads BDO USA’s EMEA Tax Desk, providing corporate tax consultancy services to multinational companies, funds and investment institutions. 

Matt has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate and international tax, advising U.S. and globally headquartered companies across all industries on complex cross border structuring, financing and supply chain management.

In recent years, Matt has focused on designing responses to corporate tax reforms globally, guiding organizations on sustainable approaches to managing international tax risk and mitigating future tax controversy.
