BDO USA Celebrates Five Consecutive Years Ranked in Top Five on Vault Accounting 25
CHICAGO, April 18, 2022 – BDO USA, LLP, one of the nation’s leading accounting and advisory firms, has once again placed in the top five of the 2023 Vault Accounting 25, a ranking of the 25 best accounting firms to work for by Firsthand.co. This preeminent source for employer and university rankings for in-demand candidates found BDO to be the fourth best overall accounting employer for the third consecutive year and the sixth most prestigious.
The Vault Accounting 25 is compiled by survey using a weighted formula that reflects the issues accounting professionals and job seekers care most about, combining factors such as quality of life, diversity and overall prestige. The firm saw a marked year-over-year improvement in several areas, most notably climbing nine spots in the culture category, eight spots in the firm leadership and informal training categories, and seven spots in the formal training, internal mobility and business outlook categories.
