Our Pathway to Success program helps students make informed decisions about their major and future career.

Target Audience

Students who are three or more years from graduation and have not previously accepted an offer with BDO.

Program Offerings

Participants are welcome to engage in the following opportunities:

  • Join a live virtual session
  • Attend a BDO office visit
  • Take part in a 1:1 mentorship program

You may choose any combination of these options.

What You’ll Experience 

  • Learn about career paths in assurance, tax and advisory
  • Gain insights into choosing your major and navigating the recruitment process
  • Discover strategies for taking ownership of your career growth
  • Connect with BDO professionals, including recruiters

Virtual Session

Explore the public accounting profession and ask recruiters questions during a meet-and-greet.

Choose one of the following virtual session options:

  • Tuesday, November 10, 2026 from 1:00 - 2:30 PM EST
  • Thursday, April 22, 2027 from 3:00 - 4:30 PM PM EST

BDO Office Visit

Participate in an office tour to engage with local professionals, gain insight into their career trajectories, and experience BDO’s culture firsthand.

Mentorship Program

Be matched with a BDO professional for personalized guidance and real-world insights into a career at a public accounting firm. Gain support as you take the lead in your own professional growth and career development.

Program runs from June through November 2027, with registration open from April 22 to May 7, 2027.
