Our Pathway to Success program helps students make informed decisions about their major and future career.

Target Audience

Students who are three or more years from graduation – typically first- and second-year students who have not previously accepted an offer with BDO. We encourage all students early on in their post-secondary education to participate.

Program Offerings

Participants are welcome to engage in the following opportunities:

    • Join live virtual sessions
    • Attend in-person office visits
    • Participate in a 1:1 mentorship program

    You may choose any combination of these options.

Live Virtual Session

Explore what it’s like to work at a public accounting firm, learn about the variety of career paths available, gain insights into the internship recruiting process, and learn strategies to take ownership of your career growth. 

Choose one of the following virtual session options:

  • Wednesday, November 5, 2025 from 1-2:15PM EST
  • Tuesday, January 27, 2026 from 2-3:15PM EST
  • Thursday, April 23, 2026 from 3-4:15PM EST

In-Person Office Visits

Participate in an office tour to engage with local professionals, gain insight into their career trajectories, and experience BDO’s culture firsthand.

Mentorship Program
