Learning Objectives 
At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:
  • Recognize the board's role in setting the expectation for planning and establishing the framework for a seamless flow through the later stages of the M&A deal life cycle where value is either created or destroyed.
  • Identify critical operational areas across people, culture, systems, and processes to be alert for during due diligence that are often overlooked and can create significant issues or material opportunity in post-deal stabilization and integration.
  • Identify the elements used in planning for successful M&A and insights into how work should be structured after due diligence for your next deal.
