Why do M&A deals fail to fully achieve their intended objectives?  This is the first in a series of programming focused on the back end of the M&A Deal Life Cycle to help organizations, particularly boards and financial executives, leverage best practices from the start, to reduce the post-deal surprises and ease the stabilization and the integration disruptions.

At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:
