Mitchell Gartenberg

Mitchell Gartenberg is a senior managing director in the Corporate Real Estate Advisory Services practice at BDO. With more than 30 years of experience at BDO, Mitchell has provided occupancy lease analysis, financial advisory, and audit services to clients in a variety of industries.

Since 1995, Mitchell has focused exclusively on tenant representation and cost reduction strategies for commercial office tenants throughout the United States, saving tenants hundreds of millions of dollars in occupancy and related costs. Earlier in his career with BDO, Mitchell utilized his audit and investigative experience in providing services to a wide range of real estate clients including tenants, real estate developers, investors, owners, property managers, and syndicators of commercial and residential properties.
