Unraveling the Incurred Cost Submission Process

Contractors with cost reimbursable contracts subject to the Allowable Cost and Payment Clause have six months from the close of their accounting year to submit the ICS or Incurred Cost Electronic Submission (ICE) to the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). Government Contractor 2021 COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate

December 3, 2021

On September 24, 2021, President Biden issued an Executive Order (Executive Order 14042) requiring covered federal contractors to mandate that their employees are fully vaccinated against COVID19. The new requirements go into effect on December 8, 2021, or the first day of the period of performance on a newly awarded covered contract.
