Please Note: This form relates only to BDO USA’s Global Corporate Intelligence (“GCI”) services. In connection with providing GCI services, BDO USA may “sell” (as such term is defined under applicable laws) personal information about data subjects about whom GCI has been engaged to perform research.  We do not sell any personal information received from our clients, and we do not sell any personal information obtained in the course of providing our Tax, Audit & Assurance services, and other Advisory services.
