With more than 25 years of accounting experience, Tom McLoughlin is one of BDO’s Senior Technical Partners. He has significant experience serving multinational companies in a variety of industries, including technology, advertising, manufacturing and distribution, pharmaceuticals, entertainment, and retail. Tom is a Partner in BDO’s corporate practice and has participated in all phases of client service, including assurance, business advisory consulting, examinations of special reports, and due diligence projects.
Tom is heavily involved with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting companies as well as with those entering public markets. He is well versed in the numerous SEC rules and regulations.
Tom also teaches many of BDO’s continuing professional education (CPE) classes.
