Carve-Out Advisory

We help companies divest non-core divisions and maintain focus on preserving value throughout the transaction by minimizing disruption to the ongoing business and disentangling complex areas. We also help companies acquire and integrate these divested divisions. We have extensive experience in addressing the unique challenges of these types of transactions, such as developing stand-alone cost models, defining Transition Services Agreements (TSAs) and minimizing/eliminating stranded costs.
