Sean Normile

Sean Normile has 13 years of public accounting experience. He serves both publicly traded and privately held companies in a range of industries, including retail and consumer products, manufacturing and distribution, aerospace and defense, entertainment, and technology. He is well-versed in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and internal control evaluation and has experience working with management to ensure accounting for significant transactions such as business combinations, financial instruments, pensions, stock-based compensation and business restructurings are in accordance with US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Sean also serves as the relationship partner for many St. Louis clients, connecting them to the full spectrum of BDO’s capabilities.
