Robert Mroz is a Director in BDO’s Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Advisory practice. He has over 30 years of experience in helping counsel and clients resolve complex business issues and providing dispute advisory services in litigation, forensic accounting and valuation, as well as bankruptcy and receivership. Robert is responsible for the design and implementation of a broad variety of projects and has provided support to clients in many industries, ranging from manufacturing, distribution, mining, insurance, oil and gas, and coal to fast food, construction, and real estate. 
Robert is accredited in business valuation by multiple national organizations and he combines the use of valuation skills and other experience to assist clients and counsel in resolving complex business disputes. His experience includes discovery, deposition and trial assistance, calculation of economic damages, forensic accounting analyses, and business valuations in litigation matters, as well as in divorce and various other dispute forums. He has consulted and testified for both plaintiffs and defendants in such matters as lost profit calculations, business valuation, matrimonial matters and shareholder/partnership disputes. He has also served as a court-appointed expert witness in forensic accounting and valuation matters.
