A nonprofit specialist, Lewis Sharpstone leads BDO’s Nonprofit practice in the West Region. Over the past 25 years, he has worked with over 200 nonprofits, large and small, in every sector of the industry, including:

Lewis is extremely active in the community and has served on several boards, including the California State Summer School for the Arts, the Southern California Center for Nonprofit Management, Dubnoff Center and Temple Kol Tikvah. He holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Accounting at California State University, Long Beach where he teaches Ethics in Accounting.
