Ken Davis has over 27 years of financial reporting experience, including 15 years serving federal government agencies as a consultant or employee. On current and prior Federal audit and advisory engagements, Ken has served the Department of Defense (DoD), the Farm Credit System Insurance Corporation (FCSIC), the U.S. Air Force, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and the U.S. Coast Guard. In addition, he was previously employed by the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO). In the commercial sector, he has held leadership positions including Controller of an oil and gas transportation company where he was responsible for preparing the company’s financial statements, and Director of Internal Audit for a multi-national manufacturing client where he designed and implemented internal control assessment methodologies to comply with the provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
