Kacy Lutrick

Kacy Lutrick has 20 years of audit experience with extensive experience planning, supervising and reviewing annual audits for both public and privately-held clients, and coordinating the preparation of financial statements and compliance reports in accordance with GAAP, SEC, and PCAOB guidelines. She works with clients to identify, recommend and implement accounting and internal control improvements for management based on analyses of company operations, policies and procedures. Kacy has also worked with clients on public and private equity and debt offerings.
