Gordon Schwartz has more than 25 years of experience working with privately held businesses and their owners. He advises individuals and their families on life cycle concerns and tax issues, including college funding, risk management, complex compensation arrangements, retirement planning and estate planning. Specializing in income tax planning, strategy, and compliance, Gordon addresses complex issues relevant to professionals, executives, educators and retirees.
Gordon works with multi-national and multi-state privately held businesses, including manufacturers and distributors, professional service firms, real estate companies, franchisees and food processors.  He is experienced in initial entity structure, federal and multi-state government compliance, accounting systems, budgeting and projections, financing options, and cash management.
Gordon works with clients through all aspects of business development as they experience growth, develop new lines of business, acquire new companies, restructure debt, obtain financing, negotiate purchase and selling prices, and perform due diligence.
