Executive Summary

Eric has nearly 20 years of business experience, including 16 years serving corporate and private equity clients on over 200 buy-side and sell-side transactions. He has worked with clients in a range of industries, including consumer and industrial products, aerospace and defense, technology, business services, life sciences, and retail. Eric has extensive experience with carve-out transactions, as well as stand-alone transactions, add-on acquisitions and divestitures. His international experience includes in-bound and out-bound investment to/from Canada, Central and South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific regions.
Over the past 16 years, Eric’s clients have included Arlington Capital, BAE Systems, Behrman Capital, The Carlyle Group, Camden Partners, KRG Capital Partners, LLR Partners, MAXIMUS, Micros Systems, Newell Rubbermaid, Raytheon, SAP NS2, SRA International, Versa Capital and The Wicks Group.
Eric has presented at seminars and C-suite workshops on various topics, including due diligence fundamentals, leading practices in due diligence, international mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and recent M&A trends for organizations such as The Carlyle Group, MAXIMUS, and the AICPA.
Prior to joining BDO, Eric was a director in the transaction practices of both KPMG and Ernst & Young. While at Ernst & Young, Eric spent two years in London helping to expand their global Transaction Advisory Services practice. Eric began his career with Arthur Andersen LLP in Philadelphia, working in their audit and transaction practices.
