Executive Summary

Dan Adragna is an accomplished executive leader with over 30 years of diverse financial and operational experience in both small and large businesses across a number of industries including technology, telecommunications, government contracting, manufacturing, maintenance services, professional services and construction.  He has a passion for value creation and a proven track record in acquisition and organic growth strategies, margin improvement, corporate restructuring, working capital management, and process improvement.

Prior to joining BDO USA, Dan served as a principal at Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C. He was also a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) partner with Tatum and served TallyGenicom in a variety of capacities culminating in the role of President and CEO.  He has also held positions as COO/CFO and controller in various companies.

Dan specializes in strategic/financial leadership, mergers and acquisition transactions, growth and turnaround management, CFO mentoring, and working capital management.
