Executive Summary

Chuck has more than 20 years of consulting experience within the public and private sectors. His areas of specialization include strategic planning, executive facilitation, project management, transformation and change, qualitative and quantitative analysis, risk assessment, enterprise-wide current-state assessment, performance measurement, and, process reviews.
 
Chuck has provided services to many public sector clients, including entities within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, as well as to a variety of Fortune 100 companies. More recently, Chuck has focused almost exclusively on helping senior leadership of federal clients with reviewing the current state of their organizations and developing strategic plans that align resources and performance measures with organizational missions. He has also helped executives review and identify overall organizational risks and develop mitigation and improvement strategies.
