BDO professionals will provide advice for individuals regarding important year-end tax planning topics. This one-hour webinar will identify opportunities for individuals to reduce or defer their annual income tax obligation and limit their total tax liability. Presenters will discuss topics such as managing tax liability by controlling income and deductions, the recently-enacted Opportunity Zones program, and year-end planning opportunities to take advantage of.
Learning Objectives:
  • Review areas of tax reform legislation that pertain specifically to individuals and how to address the impact of those changes. 
  • Identify steps to take prior to year-end to accelerate or defer income and/or expenditures.      
  • Become familiar with BDO's 2019 Year-End Tax Planning for Individuals letter and optimize the information found within.
