This session will help identify planning opportunities for businesses following tax reform and decisions affecting state and local taxes. The presenters will focus primarily on state income tax and sales/use tax developments but will also touch on updates in credits & incentives, property tax and unclaimed property areas.
 
Learning Objectives:
  • Discuss South Dakota v. Wayfair decision and identify how it impacts filing obligations. 
  • Review key tax reform changes and discuss the impact to state and local taxes.
  • Identify income and sales/use tax changes that may impact tax obligations.
