As it relates to thoughts regarding insurance, "opportunity" may not be the first response.  However, retailers have the opportunity to manage risk more efficiently by better understanding exposures and the options to address them.  Through this understanding, retailers can implement options to efficiently manage risk as well as the associated costs.

Topics to be discussed include:

  • Risks/exposures for your particular business, with a focus on Cyber Liability, Stock-Through Put, and Supply Chain
  • Alternative methods to address risks that are both insurable and un-insurable
  • Methods of selecting appropriate limits of insurance and program structure by understanding dynamic capital modeling and management of collateral
  • Real-world examples of retailers that successfully used strategies to better manage insurance related costs
Upon completion of this seminar, participants will be able to:
  • Identify risks/exposures for their particular business, with a focus on Cyber Liability, Stock-Through Put, and Supply Chain.
  • Compare and contrast alternative methods to address risks that are both insurable and un-insurable.
  • Examine methods of selecting appropriate limits of insurance and program structure by understanding dynamic capital modeling and management of collateral.
