You are invited to a special high-level presentation and discussion focused on trends and best-practices in mergers and acquisitions.  This invitation-only event is specifically tailored and directed towards those active on the buy side in the M&A space.

This is not an introductory overview.  Our expert presenters from BDO USA, Varnum, and Gibson will discuss developing trends, best practices, and hot spots to look for in your next deal, with special focus on accounting, legal, and risk management issues.

There will also be time for attendees to ask questions and share their current challenges, experiences, and insights.  We are looking forward to hearing your stories, too.

The event will be held on October 10, 2019, at The Forum meeting space in The Foundry building in downtown Kalamazoo.  The substantive presentations will start promptly at 3 p.m. and end no later than 5:30 p.m.  Drinks, hors de oeuvres, stories, and additional Q&A will continue until 6:30 p.m.

Andrea is a State and Local Tax (SALT) senior director in BDO’s national specialty tax services group, located in the Grand Rapids office. She has more than 20 years of experience assisting public and private companies identify opportunities to reduce their overall state tax liabilities.
