This complimentary, CPE-qualified discussion, moderated by Kristi Pindell, Tax Senior Director, BDO USA, LLP, will outline various taxable and tax-deferred acquisition structures as well as review the resulting tax implications to buyers and sellers. We will also walk through the tax related transaction lifecycle of buying or selling a business and explore the recent legislative and regulatory developments related to the R&D credit and Domestic Production Activities Deduction (“DPAD”).
