Join BDO’s Government Contracts and Advisory Services (GCAS) team to learn more about Integrated Program Management (IPM). During this breakfast meeting, we will review IPM techniques for logistics and services organizations that don’t have an Earned Value Management (EVM) requirement but still want to realize the benefits of disciplined program management.  

The breakfast meeting will include a presentation by Mr. Eric Negron from DynCorp International regarding the benefits of IPM for logistics and services organizations.  BDO will be presenting industry best practices and our solution to enable an effective IPM system. We will also discuss and present some of the related financial system requirements necessary to support an effective IPM approach.
