Nearly one in five nonprofits expanded the scope of their mission in the past year. As the need for services continues to grow, so too does the pressure for expanding programming—and with it, the danger of scaling unsustainably and risk of falling into the starvation cycle.

Underfunding critical infrastructure is one of the top areas explored in BDO’s third annual Nonprofit Standards, a benchmarking survey with data on strategic planning, human resources, operations, scope and impact, and governance matters, that provides you with information to make informed decisions to move your mission forward. With inputs from over 200 senior leaders spanning the diverse nonprofit industry, our benchmarking survey offers metrics on a wide range of topics important to nonprofit leaders.
Participants of this webinar will learn:
  • How nonprofits can manage their greatest challenges today, including new regulations and legislative changes
  • The importance of maintaining a “nonprofit heart and a business mindset”
  • What strategic options you may have in facing top challenges in the industry
  • What you need to do to attract and keep your top employees
