As recent cases have demonstrated, vendor actions can have extremely adverse consequences for nonprofit organizations, which range from simply embarrassing the organization, all the way up to the vendor’s illegal acts being attributed to the nonprofit organization. This risk applies to nonprofits administering federal grant programs, and all types of organizational relationships with vendors. This webinar will walk participants through the entire vendor relationship from selection, through performance and invoicing, to vendor oversight.
