Lisa Bollinger
Lisa E. Bollinger is a senior vice president and regional manager of treasury management for City National Bank, where she oversees sales and strategies.
Mrs. Bollinger has more than 20 years of experience in consulting with clients and prospects related to Treasury Management Services. She has also spent the last several years educating clients and prospects on the current trends related to Cyber Fraud, Identify Theft and Internal Embezzlement.
In addition, Mrs. Bollinger serves as the internal sales trainer for new and existing employees focusing on working capital and sales strategies.
 
Maryellen Sebold
Maryellen Sebold is a managing director in BDO’s Los Angeles office with more than 25 years of experience in the areas of forensic accounting and fraud investigations, litigation consulting, bankruptcy, and corporate restructuring. She also has experience in calculating economic damages, evaluating shareholder and partnership disputes, analyzing budget overruns, determining lost profits, evaluating alter-ego issues, tracing assets and calculating royalties. In addition, she has performed internal investigations and investigations into allegations of fraud and mismanagement, including preparing and evaluating employee dishonesty and fidelity bond claims. She has been involved in investigating misappropriation of assets, Ponzi schemes and financial statement irregularities, as well as evaluating alter-ego issues.
 
Gene Yoo
Gene Yoo is a senior vice president and head of information security for City National Bank, where he oversees the bank’s cyber security programs.
Mr. Yoo has more than 20 years of experience with cyber security for some of the world’s largest brand names. He has also spent the last several years advising various government agencies in cyber warfare, intellectual property, and intelligence operations. In addition, Mr. Yoo serves on advisory role for several security technology firms.
