In honor of National Cyber Security Awareness Month, October 2019, BDO USA, LLP along with US Bank and Graydon Law invite you to a presentation where we will discuss today’s cybersecurity landscape and what Ohio’s Safe Harbor Law offers in litigation defense in the event of a breach of data. And, how you prepare to take advantage of this defense, with takeaways on best practices for incident response.
 
This will include discussions on Cybersecurity, Risk Assessments, standard Cybersecurity Frameworks, expectations of the Ohio Safe Harbor Law, and response handling.
 
Optional tours of U.S. Bank’s Cyber Defense Facility will be offered after the panel concludes.
