The regulatory environment continues to demand the attention of boards, particularly audit committees, on a variety of issues spanning transparency and enhancements in financial reporting disclosures to risk management, particularly cybersecurity. BDO cordially invites you and your board members to join us for a discussion on the current regulatory landscape and the role of the public board, particularly the audit committee, in helping drive audit quality and confidence in capital markets.

The forum shall consist of a key note presentation by John Fiebig—the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) Deputy Director in the Division of Registration and Inspections and Leader of the Global Network Firm Program, who will then be joined in panel by several public company board members who will share their perspectives in a moderated question and answer session. We hope you will join fellow public company directors to engage with our panelists and each other.
