Presented as part of the BDO KNOWLEDGE Webinar Series program, the "Board Diagnostics and Enhancing Your Governance Practices” webinar will be a moderated panel discussion with experts designed to assist boards in performing self-diagnostics to gain insights to a variety of operational and structural issues that can be leveraged to enhance governance processes and practices, including team building, collaboration, strategy planning, and director onboarding.

At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:
  • Identify diagnostic tools used in practice that may enable boards to perform necessary and appropriate self-evaluations
  • Recognize how insights can be derived from the performance of diagnostics and leveraged in designing specific action plans to enhance governance behaviors, processes and practices
  • Describe to your fellow board members the benefits and opportunities that performing on-going diagnostics can bring to your organizations
