Please join BDO Consulting for a complimentary breakfast seminar featuring continuing legal education eligible for one and a half (1.5) CLE Credits.

Accountants and financial experts often send extensive document request lists which, at times, appear to be excessively voluminous.  This course will cover the reasoning behind some of those requests, with “war stories” about why the data was necessary.

We will also discuss generally what information is needed in internal investigation, financial damages, and valuation matters and will discuss how that information is obtained.  To decrease the impact of challenging, time consuming, and wasteful process, new technologies and processes have emerged that support simplified workflows and promote new ways of crunching through mountains of Electronically Stored Information. During this presentation, alternate methods of data analysis, correlation and prioritization will be presented – all of which enable counsel  and accountants to shrink the volume of data reviewed and accelerate the pace of an investigation
