All companies, no matter the industry, need to review the new Revenue Recognition Standard (ASC 606) and consider the impact on their current business models.

As companies adopt the new standard, your organization is likely to experience changes in the timing and manner of revenue recognition. The fundamental thinking has changed and companies will need to investigate and document the impact. For some transactions, the changes could be significant, requiring diligent planning.

Our speakers will discuss how private companies and fiscal-year companies looking to adopt the new standards can prepare. They will also share insights and lessons learned from those early adopters that have already made the change.

We will also discuss broader implications on the organization including possible direct and indirect tax considerations.
