BDO USA, LLP invites you to join us for our annual, CPE-qualified Year-end Update.  This complimentary, full-day event will highlight timely, comprehensive updates and provide key takeaways on tax, accounting and financial topics that directly impact both public and private companies.  Our event will also feature a professional ethics and conduct session presented by the North Carolina Association of CPAs*.

We invite you to take advantage of this unique opportunity to ask meaningful questions of subject matter leaders and participate in discussions specific to your business and operational challenges.
This year we are thrilled to welcome Michael Haley, Executive Director of Wake County Economic Development and Senior Vice President of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce as well as Ryan Combs, Executive Director of the Research Triangle Research Partnership, who will join us in a panel discussion on exciting economic developments within our city and state.

Ethics will be the last session of the day.  The final agenda will be distributed to registrants the week of the event. Please indicate when registering if you plan to attend the ethics session. 

Complimentary valet parking will be available.
This course will provide participants with an update on the most current SEC, economic, accounting, auditing, and risk management developments. The course will also include a 2 hour ethics section that meets the North Carolina ethics CPE compliance requirement. Please indicate during registration if you plan to attend the ethics session.
