BDO Digital announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Susie Cummings, to its prestigious 2018 Women of the Channel list, marking her third consecutive year to receive this honor. The executives who comprise this annual list span the IT channel, representing vendors, distributors, solution providers and other organizations that figure prominently in the channel ecosystem. Each is recognized for her outstanding leadership, vision and unique role in driving channel growth and innovation.
CRN editors select the Women of the Channel honorees based on their professional accomplishments, demonstrated expertise and ongoing dedication to the IT channel.
Susie Cummings currently leads BDO Digital’s Managed Services practice from a business development, client engagement and financial performance perspective, additionally serving as client executive for strategic accounts. For the past 12 years, Susie has been responsible for evolving Managed Service’s solution portfolio to address the changing needs of the mid-market. Susie brings a unique perspective to BDO Digital, as she works closely with both delivery and sales teams while still actively engaged with clients. This year, she helped start the BDO Digital Women in Technology (WIT) Group, which seeks to support women at BDO Digital by offering individual mentorship, career advocacy, access to resources and promoting female role models in an IT workplace.
“This accomplished group of leaders is steadily guiding the IT channel into a prosperous new era of services-led business models and deep, strategic partnerships. CRN’s 2018 Women of the Channel list honors executives who are driving channel progress through a number of achievements—exemplary partner programs, innovative product development and marketing, effective team-building, visionary leadership and accelerated sales growth—as well as advocacy for the next generation of women channel executives.”
-Bob Skelley, CEO of the Channel Company
“It’s a privilege to be named to CRN’s distinguished list again this year. This is a testament to our team who truly collaborates with our client partners to design holistic technology solutions that enable today’s businesses. Though we work with technology, our success begins and ends with people. I’m committed to helping our team evolve and I’m excited for their future and contributing to BDO Digital’s continued growth.”
The 2018 Women of the Channel list will be featured in the June issue of CRN Magazine and online at www.CRN.com/wotc.
