To help show the full picture, we funneled data from both Jira and Enterprise Tester using a Power BI Dashboard. As a result, project members were able to keep a pulse on the progress by bringing all of their data together and monitoring it through a single pane of glass. Individuals are no longer left wondering:
- What stories still don’t have test plans created for them?
- When is the design for these stories expected to be completed?
- Have all the issues been fixed, and is it time to restart the test?
