Why should I sign up for paperless billing?
Thanks to paperless billing, you can now enjoy convenient online access to all of your BDO accounts. You can easily pay your bills via Electronic Check or Credit Card, view billing history, contact a BDO representative to ask questions, and update your account information. You will also receive copies of your invoices via email which will assist your company or organization by getting the invoice to the right party.
How do I request access to paperless billing?
Please visit the client center and click “Register for eBill“ and fill out the electronic form. You will receive a user ID and password within one business day via email.
How can I update my email address for paperless billing?
Log in to your online account, click profile and then click the link that says change email.
I have an account how do I log in?
From the BDO Client Center under paperless billing, click the Login to eBill and Change Password link.
I do not remember my user name how can I log into the paperless billing portal?
To obtain your paperless billing user name please call 888-236-9111 for assistance.
I do not remember my password how can I log into the paperless billing portal?
From the BDO Client Center under paperless billing click the Login to eBill and Change Password link. From the Client Center log in portal under Forgot Your Password click the “BDO Client Password Reset” link and follow the steps to reset your password.
How can I update my address?
Login to your online account and click the link for "Customer Addresses" to view, edit or add addresses to your account.
Who can I contact regarding a question on my invoice?
Log in to your account and click on the "Contact Us" link. Select the topic of "Invoice Inquiry," enter your comments and click "send". The credit analyst assigned to your account will respond shortly.
I received my invoice, but how do I view "see attached" data referenced?
Log in to your account and find the invoice that has supporting documentation. Click on the "supporting documentation" link for that invoice.
Can more than one person in my company have an account to access our information online?
Yes, if you would like to add an additional person to view your account, they will have to register online to request access. They can do this by visiting the client center and click “Register for eBill” and fill out the electronic form. You will receive a user ID and password within one business day via email.
If more than one person from my company has access to paperless billing, who will receive the invoice via email?
We are only able to send your company’s primary contact a copy of the invoice automatically via email. If you would like to have the invoice go to another person in your organization, please contact us at 888-236-9111 or log in to your account and click on the "Contact Us" link in the client portal. Submit a request using the subject of "Update Name / Contact Info" and let us know who should be receiving the invoice.
How can I cancel account access for someone at my company or organization?
If someone left your company or organization and you'd like to cancel access, login to your account and click on the "Contact Us" link. Submit a request using the subject of "Update Name / Contact Info" and let us know so we can remove them from your account. If you do not have a separate account and do not wish to sign up for a new account then please call 888-236-9111 for assistance.
When is our invoice due?
Invoices are due upon receipt.
Can I pay my invoices online?
We accept online payments by both credit card and electronic checks. Please visit the Client Center and click "pay an invoice" to be directed to the online payment page. You will need to enter your credit card or bank account information each time you make a payment.
Can I make a payment via wire?
BDO USA does accept payment via wire transfers. Please see the corresponding information below on where to send the wire funds,

BDO USA does accept both Money Orders and Checking account payments via mail. Please make all payments payable to BDO USA, LLP and mail them to the correct corresponding address below.
