Online Payment Portal FAQs


Why do I have to register to make a payment?
Requiring registration creates additional safeguards to strengthen our online security and better protect your information — a top BDO priority. 
 
What forms of payment do you accept through the Online Payment Portal?
You can easily pay your invoices via Electronic Check or Credit Card.
 
Are there other benefits for using the Online Payment Portal?
You can elect to receive all of your invoices electronically, view billing and payment history, contact a BDO representative to ask questions, and update your account information.
 
Where do I find my Contact and or Customer ID?
Your Contact and Customer ID can be found the remittance page of your invoice or in your welcome email from BDO. If you do not have access to either you simply click the Request Contact/Customer ID link on the Client Center.
 
How can I update my email address?
Click the Update Email link on the Client Center.

I have an account how do I log in?
Click the Sign In to Make Payment or View My Account link on the Client Center.
 
I do not remember my user name?
To obtain your user name please call 888-236-9111 for assistance.

I do not remember my password how do I obtain a new one?
Click the Sign In to Make Payment or View My Account link on the client center and
then click the BDO Client Password Reset link and follow the steps to reset your password.

How can I update my address?
Login to your online account and click the link for "Customer Addresses" to view, edit or add addresses to your account.

Who can I contact regarding a question on my invoice?
Log in to your account and click on the "Contact Us" link. Select the topic of "Invoice Inquiry," enter your comments and click "send". The credit analyst assigned to your account will respond shortly.

I received my invoice, but how do I view "see attached" data referenced?
Log in to your account and find the invoice that has supporting documentation. Click on the "supporting documentation" link for that invoice.

How can I cancel account access for someone at my company or organization?
If someone left your company or organization and you'd like to cancel access, login to your account and click on the "Contact Us" link. Submit a request using the subject of "Update Name / Contact Info" and let us know so we can remove them from your account. If you do not have a separate account and do not wish to sign up for a new account then please call 888-236-9111 for assistance.

When is our invoice due? 
Invoices are due upon receipt.

Can I make a payment via wire?

Can I mail in a payment?BDO USA does accept both Money Orders and Checking account payments via mail. Please make all payments payable to BDO USA, LLP and mail them to the correct corresponding address below.
